Triple strawberry surpreme cake

Strawberry Layered Cake
Ingredients

1 box of strawberry cake mix
3 cups of strawberry halves
1 package of cream cheese
2 tubs of cool whip

Directions

1. Bake strawberry cake mix as directed on the box. Take cake out of the pan and let cool.

2. Once cake is cooled cut the cake across horizontally and separate top from bottom.

3. Then in a bowl mix one tub of cool whip and one package of cream cheese together until smooth.

4. Place the filling on top of the bottom layer of the cake. Then place the strawberry on top of the filling, and then place the other half of the cake on top making a sandwiches. 

5. Finally ice the cake with the tub of cool whip. Once the cake is covered place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Cowboy Beans

Cowboy Beans


Ingredients

1 Cup Bacon
1 lbs of Sausage
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Can Lima Beans
1 Can Kidney Beans
3 Cans Pork and Beans
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Ketchup

Directions

1. Cook sausage and onions in skillet. Drain grease then set aside.
2. Cook 1 cup of bacon. Make sure you cut into chunks. Drain grease and set aside.
3. In the crock pot place pork and beans undrained. Then add kidney and lima beans drained. Mix all beans together.
4. Then add the cooked sausage, onions, and bacon. Mix well.
5. Finally in a small bowl mix brown sugar and ketchup until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour into the crock pot and mix evenly through the bean and meat mixture.
6. Place crock pot on low for 2-3 hours.

Spring cookies

Cut-out spring cookies

Ingredient 
1 bag of sugar cookie mix

1 can of cream cheese frosting

Food coloring

Directions
1. Prepare the cut out cookies as directed

2. While waiting for cookies to cool mix food coloring into icing.
* I divide the icing and make an assortment of colors

3. Once the cookies are cooled ice and enjoy!






Banana peanut butter smoothie

Banana peanut butter smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast! It is filling and did I mention it is tasty.

Ingredients

1/2 of fresh banana
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
3/4 cup almond milk

Note: you do not need to use extra crunchy. You can use cream or one new favors, I love to use Jiffy's mocha cappuccino hazelnut spread.

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in your blender.
Mix until your smoothie is completely smooth
Then, place in the freezer for 5-10 min
Place in your favorite cup and enjoy!

Chocolate cake

Yummy Chocolate Bunt Cake

Ingredients

Cake
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate
1/2 cup milk
2 tbs butter
2 tbs peanut butter (optional)

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease bunt pan. Mix all dry ingredients together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Separately mix milk and sour cream.
2. Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time then vanilla. Then slowing mix in flour mixture and milk mixture alternating . Pour into bunt pan and make for 55-60 min. Once done invert cake on wire rack to cool.
3. Glaze, heat milk in small saucepan until simmering, the add chocolate  until melted. Add butter and peanut butter mix until smooth. Let stand for 2 min  to thicken then pour over cooled cake.

Macaroni Salad





Macaroni Salad

Ingredients 
1/2 box of macaroni noodles
2 hard boiled eggs 
2 stalks of celery chopped
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
1/4 cup onion chopped (optional)

Sauce
1 1/4 cup of mayo/salad dressing
3/4 cup milk
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs vinegar
1 tbs prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1. Prepare macaroni noodles as directed on the box. Chop celery, onions, egg whites ( set two yolks off to the side for the sauce). 
2. Prepare the sauce. Smash egg yolks until smooth. Mix egg yolk and mayo until smooth. Then combine milk, sugar, vinegar,  mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside
3. Take macaroni noodles cooled and mix in a large bowl with celery, carrots, egg, and onion. 
4. Pour sauce over the noodle mixture until the sauce covers place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. For best results chill for three hours.
